Where exactly is the workshop held?
The workshop takes place in Orange County, California. The exact venue address will be sent to registered attendees. We recommend arriving the evening before (March 13) if you're traveling from out of state.
What if I can't attend both days?
The workshop is designed as a complete 2-day experience. Day 1 builds the foundation (seller financing, underwriting) and Day 2 focuses on execution (capital raising, deal flow, property tours). We strongly recommend attending both days to get the full value.
